US stocks fluctuated | Semiconductor stocks rose collectively, Intel (INTC.US) up over 4%

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on Tuesday, semiconductor stocks in the US rose across the board, with the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index up 2.64%. Intel (INTC.US) rose more than 4%, NVIDIA (NVDA.US) rose nearly 3%, while Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US), Marvell Technology (MRVL.US), and AMD (AMD.US) all rose more than 2%.
