Feishang No. Coal (01738.HK): Lin Haiqi appointed as Company Secretary

Update from the Wise Finance APP: Feishang Smokeless Coal (01738.HK) announced that, effective from December 2, 2025, Ms. Lin Haiqi has been appointed as the company secretary. Mr. Chen Qian has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business needs and personal affairs. After Mr. Chen's resignation, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, and also as a member of the compensation committee and nomination committee. Mr. Tam Cheuk-ho and Mr. Wong Wai-on will no longer serve as chairman of the company's nomination committee and compensation committee, respectively. On the same day, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Li Zongyang, has been appointed as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, and Mr. Wang Xiufeng has been appointed as the chairman of the company's compensation committee.
