Boeing's US stocks rose over 5% pre-market.

Boeing's pre-market stock price has risen more than 5%, now trading at $195.79. Boeing says that achieving its long-term cash flow target of $100 billion is feasible and expects that the US Department of Justice's penalty decision will be delayed until 2026.
