After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 90.69% equity of Ordos Company, making Ordos Company a subsidiary controlled by the company and included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, has been approved at the 19th meeting of the 12th board of directors of the company, and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
