Zhongding Corporation announced that the company plans to issue convertible corporate bonds with a total amount not exceeding RMB 2.5 billion. After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will be used for the intelligent robot core joint and body manufacturing project, intelligent thermal management system assembly project, new energy vehicle intelligent chassis system research and development settlement center project, and supplementary working capital.
