(hereinafter referred to as "Liaoyun Company") through the Beijing Property Exchange. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares of Liaoyun Company. The decision to transfer the equity of Liaoyun Company was made in accordance with the company's development plan, to further optimize the equity structure of its subsidiaries, increase asset liquidity, and ensure the company's stable operation. The proceeds from this transfer will provide cash flow support for the company's business development.
