Ocean Motor announced that the company has signed a "Partnership Agreement" with Shanghe Momentum and other limited partners to participate in the investment in Shanghe Ancient Momentum, with a target paid-in capital of 103.15 million yuan. The company, as a limited partner, will contribute 30 million yuan to subscribe for fund shares. Shanghe Ancient Momentum will make equity investments in End of Power, with a term of 5 years that can be extended by 2 years. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, does not require approval by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting, is not expected to have a significant impact on the performance in 2025, and carries investment risks.
