The announcement of Eastern Airlines Logistics stated that from November 3, 2025 to December 2, 2025, shareholder Tianjin Ruiyuan, who holds more than 5% of the shares, will reduce holdings by 4.8431 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.31% of the total share capital. Its shareholding in the company has decreased from 6.30% to 5.99%, and the change in equity has reached a multiple of 1%. This reduction is part of the previously disclosed plan, does not trigger a tender offer, is consistent with the previous plan, does not result in changes in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the reduction plan has not been completed yet.
