WSTS: The global semiconductor market size is expected to approach the $1 trillion mark in 2026.

The World Semiconductor Trade Statistics organization WSTS has released its autumn outlook for 2025, increasing its estimate for the global semiconductor market size by about $45 billion to $772 billion, with a year-on-year growth rate expanding to 22%. WSTS further predicts that the semiconductor market size in 2026 will reach $975 billion, achieving over 25% year-on-year growth, nearing the milestone of $1 trillion.
