Chinatong Finance APP News, Xuedian Salt Industry Co., Ltd. (600929.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase 41% equity of Hunan Meite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Meite New Materials) controlled by its controlling shareholder Hunan Salt Group, with an estimated transaction price of 261 million yuan. After the completion of this acquisition, the company will hold a total of 61% of the shares of Meite New Materials, becoming the controlling shareholder of Meite New Materials.
