The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved Mr. Wei Qiang's qualifications as a director of the bank. Mr. Wei Qiang will serve as a non-executive director of the bank from November 24, 2025. During his tenure as a non-executive director of the bank, in accordance with the remuneration policy of the Seventh Board of Directors of the bank, he will not receive any director's allowance from the bank.
