Xinjiang Construction and Construction announced that the company held a board meeting on December 2, 2025, and agreed to use up to 264.10 million yuan of idle funds to supplement working capital, with a maximum duration of 12 months and repayment upon maturity. As of November 27, the balance of the company's special fund-raising account was 264.1043 million yuan. Previously, in April, the company used up to 208.843 million yuan of idle funds to supplement liquidity, and the funds were repaid on time. This use is expected to save approximately 7.923 million yuan in financial expenses, will not change the investment direction of the funds, and will not affect the progress of the fundraising projects.
