The United States initiates the third anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review investigation on Chinese oil pipeline materials.
On December 1st, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it is initiating the third sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imported from China. At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission is conducting an industry damage investigation on the third sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on OCTG imported from China. Stakeholders are required to register their responses with the U.S. Department of Commerce within 10 days of the publication of this announcement. Stakeholders must submit their comments to the U.S. International Trade Commission by December 31, 2025, and provide their full responses to the case by February 6, 2026.
