According to the Qichacha APP, recently, there has been a change in the business of Zhyun Robot's affiliate company Zhyun Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., with the registered capital increasing from 82.637 million yuan to 91.826 million yuan, an increase of approximately 10.46%. The company was established in February 2023, with Deng Taihua as the legal representative, and jointly held by companies such as Songpeng Technology Partnership Enterprise and Guanbao Technology Partnership Enterprise. Qichacha shows that previously, Zhyun Robot completed a stock reform, changing its name to Zhyun Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and changing its company type from a limited liability company to a joint-stock limited company.
