Recently, the first batch of 3 personal bankruptcy applications in Xiamen completed a centralized hearing investigation. It is reported that these cases started the registration review on November 3rd, and the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court actively assisted applicants in rectifying incomplete and non-standard materials, guiding them throughout the process to supplement key materials such as personal credit reports and family financial statements to ensure a seamless case process. Taking into account the applicant's stable income source, debtors are encouraged to prioritize applying for reorganization or settlement. The hearing investigation is a key step in the substantive review of the case. The Xiamen Intermediate People's Court conducted a comprehensive review around the four dimensions of subject qualification inspection, substantive inspection of marriage relationship, asset-liability transparency inspection, and deep inspection of integrity status, ensuring the professionalism and impartiality of the trial.
