The company's board of directors happily announced that its subsidiary Beijing Jia Kesi (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary) has received the first payment of RMB 125 million from Haisong Capital for the capital increase agreement and equity transfer agreement. The receipt of this first payment has further enriched the group's cash reserves and will provide support for the advancement of the group's future innovative tumor therapy pipeline research and development.
