Wuliangye Group has acquired a stake in Sichuan Airlines Group with completed industrial and commercial changes, the latter has increased its capital to 1.219 billion.

Tianyancha business information shows that recently, Sichuan Airlines Group Co., Ltd. has undergone a business change, with Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd. as a new shareholder, and the registered capital has increased from 417 million RMB to approximately 1.219 billion RMB. Sichuan Airlines Group Co., Ltd. was established in June 1988 with Li Yue as the legal representative. Its business scope includes general aviation services, civil aviation maintenance, real estate development and operation, etc. It is currently jointly owned by Sichuan Development Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd. According to media reports, at the end of 2022, Wuliangye Group had injected 5 billion RMB into Sichuan Airlines Group.
