Tianyancha business information shows that on November 28th, Sichuan Wuliangye Materials Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 880 million RMB to 1.134 billion RMB, an increase of approximately 29%. The company was established in April 1997, with Yang Xuefeng as its legal representative. Its business scope includes the sales of daily chemical products, food sales, supply chain management services, import and export of goods, import and export agency services, domestic trade agency services, general warehousing services, road freight transportation, and liquor sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Sichuan Yibin Wuliangye Group Co., Ltd.
