One dead and one injured after a heating pipeline burst in Dalian, Liaoning

On December 2nd, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, issued a situation report: At around 2:40 pm on December 1st, a heating main pipe in front of the public building at 102 Hongling Road burst, causing one person to be sent to the hospital for unsuccessful rescue and one person to be scalded. Relevant departments arrived at the scene promptly to carry out rescue and repair, investigate the cause, and do their best to handle the aftermath. The situation report stated that the heating pipeline in the area has been repaired, heating has been restored, and the road surface has been repaired.
