Binjiang Group successfully bid for a residential land in Hangzhou's Binjiang District with a minimum price of 1.36 billion yuan.

Today, a residential land with a plot number of [2025] 130 in Unit 1 of Puyan, Binjiang District, Hangzhou was successfully auctioned off. The land has an area of 26,008 square meters and a plot ratio of 2.5. It was ultimately won by the local leading real estate company, Binjiang Group, with a bid of 1.36 billion yuan at a final transaction price of 20,935 yuan per square meter.
