CapitalWatch App News, Jiangsu Hongxin (02625.HK) announced that on December 1, 2025, the company entered into a capital increase agreement with Haikechuangzhan and Haike Hongxin, according to which the company conditionally agreed to increase its investment in Haike Hongxin by RMB 53.2085 million in cash, and subscribe for equivalent additional registered capital. After the capital increase, the company's shareholding in Haike Hongxin will increase from approximately 18% to approximately 40.71%.
