TCL Midstream: Senior management changes, Zhang Changxu and Yang Fan take office.

The announcement in the TCL mentioned that the board of directors recently received a resignation application from Zhang Changxu for the position of CFO. The resignation will take effect upon delivery, and she will continue to serve as a director. On December 1, 2025, the 17th meeting of the 7th board of directors of the company approved the appointment of Zhang Changxu as SVP, focusing on power station business and other work; and appointed Yang Fan as CFO. Zhang Changxu holds 187,397 shares of the company, accounting for 0.0046% of the total share capital, while Yang Fan does not hold any shares. Both individuals meet the qualifications for their positions and will serve until the end of the 7th board of directors.
