Hainan Airlines Group plans to increase the capital of Hainan Airlines Cargo by 750 million yuan.

Hainan Airlines Holdings announced on December 1 that, in order to seize the growth opportunities in the air cargo market and enhance strategic coordination with belly cargo freight forwarding agents, the company plans to increase its investment in Hainan Airlines Cargo Co., Ltd. by 750 million yuan from its own funds. Hainan Airlines Cargo is a subsidiary under the same controlling shareholder as the company. After the capital increase, Hainan Airlines Holdings will hold approximately 16.22% equity in Hainan Airlines Cargo.
