Link; Provide rental and parking concessions to merchants of Guangfu Mall and monthly parking space customers of Hongfu Garden parking lot.

On December 1st, Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust, announced support measures to help the affected merchants of the Ho Fung Court fire in Tai Po overcome the difficulties after the disaster. Link plans to provide rent reduction and parking space rental reduction measures to merchants at the Kwong Fuk Shopping Mall and monthly parking space customers at Ho Fung Court, including rent waivers, flexible payment arrangements, and exemption from interest and service charges due to delayed payments. The reduction measures will continue until the end of the lease or for a maximum of 12 months. In addition, Link has implemented several additional measures, including opening the facilities of the Kwong Fuk Shopping Mall around the clock and providing property management services to support ongoing rescue and relief efforts; exempting monthly parking space customers at Ho Fung Court from rent for December, and providing alternative parking arrangements at designated Link parking lots by the end of the year.
