China Resources Pharmaceutical: Intends to issue 3 billion yuan of medium-term notes.

China Resources Pharmaceutical announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd., has received a registration notification from the China Interbank Market Dealers Association regarding the proposed issuance of medium-term notes in the People's Republic of China. The notification is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, during which China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group can issue medium-term notes totaling RMB 3 billion in multiple tranches. If the proposed issuance of medium-term notes proceeds, it is expected that the funds raised will be used to repay interest-bearing debts of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group or its subsidiaries.
