Ningbo Fubon (600768.SH) plans to sell a 2.5% equity stake in Zhonghua Paper Industry for 370 million yuan.

The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that Ningbo Fubang (600768.SH) announced that in order to effectively improve the efficiency of asset utilization, accelerate fund recovery, and enhance the company's sustainable development capabilities, the company plans to transfer 2.5% of its equity in Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhonghua Paper") held by Jin Guang Paper Industry (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jin Guang Paper Industry") at a price of 370 million yuan. After the completion of the above transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Zhonghua Paper.
