Announcement from Weiao Corporation: Shareholder Ruize Investment, holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has accumulated a reduction of 2.1749 million shares of the company through centralized bidding and bulk trading on November 28, 2025, accounting for 0.55% of the total number of company shares; and has accumulated a reduction of 1 million shares of the company through bulk trading, accounting for 0.25% of the total number of company shares. Prior to the equity change, Ruize Investment's shareholding ratio was 8.40%; after the equity change, the shareholding ratio dropped to 7.59%.
