This medium-term note program is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. Based on the maturity of existing notes and the actual needs of the company's business development, the issuer, CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor), issued two notes under the medium-term note program on November 28, 2025 and December 1, 2025, with a total issuance amount of 55.702 million USD.
