The State Development and Reform Commission Office has issued the "List of Real Estate Investment Trust Fund Projects in the Infrastructure Sector". Projects that meet the conditions within the scope of the "List" should strictly follow the policy requirements of the "Notice of the State Development and Reform Commission on Promoting the Normalization of Real Estate Investment Trust Fund Projects in the Infrastructure Sector" during the normalization recommendation issuance stage for declaration. Provincial development and reform departments and relevant central enterprises should adhere to the principle of "selecting the best from the best", strictly control project quality, strengthen risk awareness, and do a good job in project declaration with high quality. In terms of new infrastructure, this includes projects such as data centers, artificial intelligence infrastructure, 5G, communication towers, Internet of Things, industrial Internet, broadband network projects, smart transportation, smart energy, and smart city projects.
