On December 1st local time, the 19th World Water Resources Conference opened in Marrakech, Morocco, with the theme of "Water in a Changing World: Innovation and Adaptation." The conference is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Equipment and Water Resources of Morocco and the International Water Resources Association.
