Intelligent Finance and Economics APP news, Lizhong Group (300428.SZ) announced that on October 9, 2025, the company signed a "Robot Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing Weijing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weijing Intelligent"). Based on the cooperation background and content of the "Robot Strategic Cooperation Agreement" signed by both parties, the company recently further signed a "Humanoid Robot Component Processing Technology Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "Technology Agreement") with Weijing Intelligent. In order to achieve the goal of reducing production costs, improving product performance, and production efficiency, Weijing Intelligent specifically entrusts the company to carry out material selection, design and development, and subsequent processing of robot components. After technical exchanges and evaluations between the two parties, it is confirmed that the company has the qualifications, technical capabilities, and production conditions to complete all the work under this agreement.
