Yiduoli announced that on December 1, 2025, it received a notification from its controlling shareholder Jindadi Investment that it pledged 12.5 million shares on November 27, accounting for 8.77% of its holdings and 2.55% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge expires on November 26, 2027, and is used to repay debts. On November 28, 12.5 million shares were released from the pledge, with the same proportion as the pledge. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Jindadi Investment has pledged a total of 37.5 million shares, accounting for 26.32% of its holdings and 7.64% of the total share capital of the company.
