According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Shanghai Jinqida Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhu Lin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchanges, technology transfer, and technology promotion; as well as the manufacturing of automotive components and accessories. Shareholding penetration data from Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is fully owned by SAIC General Motors Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of SAIC Group.
