Suteng Technology sues Lingming Photonics, involving laser radar chips.

The journalist learned from Fangda Law Firm, the attorney representing the plaintiff, that Shenzhen Sudin Technology Co., Ltd. filed a lawsuit against Shenzhen Lingming Photon Technology Co., Ltd. in November with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province. The case is waiting to be accepted by the court and involves a dispute over the infringement of technical secrets. Sudin Technology accuses Lingming Photon of infringing on the technical secrets related to Sudin Technology's self-developed SPAD chip, and demands that they cease manufacturing and selling the products involved. The SPAD chip is known as the "digital heart" of laser radar. According to public information, Sudin Technology previously launched the digital solid-state laser radar E platform based on the SPAD-SoC chip that passed vehicle regulations and went into mass production. When contacted by the journalist, Lingming Photon's staff stated that they have not received any related documents, and Sudin Technology has not commented on the details of the lawsuit.
