Annie Co., Ltd. announced at noon on December 1st that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lin Xuxi and Zhang Jie, have signed an "Intention Agreement on Xiamen Annie Co., Ltd.", which may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on December 1st, 2025, and the suspension is expected to last for no more than 2 trading days.
