According to the Wise Financial APP, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently released the operating situation of the software industry from January to October 2025. In the first 10 months, the operating income of China's software industry was 12.5104 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.2% year-on-year. The total profit of the software industry was 1.5721 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.7% year-on-year. The export of software services was $51.09 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%, with positive growth for 8 consecutive months. In the first 10 months, the income from software products was 2.6504 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.2% year-on-year, accounting for 21.2% of the industry's total income. Among them, the revenue from basic software products was 158.3 billion yuan, an increase of 12.0% year-on-year; the revenue from industrial software products was 261.9 billion yuan, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year.
