Shunfeng Express announced that starting from December 1st, they will launch a "overtime compensation" service. Customers who order Shunfeng Express on the official channels such as the mini-program or app, and if the delivery is delayed due to Shunfeng's transportation reasons, they will be compensated with cash. The service will first be launched in 10 cities including Shenzhen and Qingdao, and is expected to eventually cover the entire country. Shunfeng stated that in terms of compensation responsibility, it is not simply blaming individuals, but will use big data systems to intelligently analyze and divide responsibilities for every step of the package's flow, addressing the issue through technological and managerial upgrades. The cost of this compensation will be fully borne by the company, and the courier will not have to bear any compensation responsibility or compensation.
