Black Sea experiences another oil tanker attack incident.

On November 29th local time, according to sources from the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the "Villat" oil tanker was attacked again 35 miles off the coast of the Black Sea in the morning. The crew is currently in good condition. The tanker had been attacked near the Black Sea on the evening of the 28th.
