The company and Shangrao Jietai jointly provided a joint guarantee of 300 million yuan for comprehensive credit granted to Chuzhou Jietai by the Chuzhou branch of Bank of China. As of December 31, 2024, Chuzhou Jietai had total assets of 8.621 billion yuan, net assets of 2.322 billion yuan, 2024 revenue of 6.058 billion yuan, and a net loss of 223 million yuan. Currently, the company and its subsidiaries have a total external guarantee balance of 9.088 billion yuan, accounting for 233.79% of the audited net assets in the past year, with no overdue guarantees or litigation involvement.
