According to the Qichacha APP, Guizhou Ruixin New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Li Baoliang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes power supply, power generation, power transmission, wind power generation technical services, and power generation technical services. Through equity penetration displayed on Qichacha, the company is jointly owned by Shanghai Shenneng New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenergy Group, and Guizhou Ruihuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
