On November 20, Liu Liehong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, went to Tianjin to conduct research on the development and utilization of data resources, international cooperation in the digital economy, and the construction of advanced computing infrastructure at China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Economy Cooperation Platform, Shuguang Information Industry Co., Ltd., and other units. Liu Liehong emphasized the need to continue promoting the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements, accelerate the construction of trustworthy data space in industries such as automobiles, increase efforts to cultivate data application scenarios, fully activate the value of data elements, and effectively empower the overall digital transformation of cities. It is necessary to thoroughly implement the deployment of the national integrated computing power network, continuously improve the monitoring and dispatching level of computing power, enrich computing power products and application scenarios, promote the universal and easy-to-use access to computing power resources, and better empower various industries. Efforts should be made to promote the implementation of the outcomes of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Tianjin Summit, to build the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Economy Cooperation Platform at a high level, to actively promote the interconnection of data infrastructure, the "going global" of the artificial intelligence ecosystem, and to continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperation with SCO member states. Efforts should be made to plan and implement a number of landmark projects and "small but beautiful" livelihood projects, continuously promote new progress and achievements in international cooperation in the field of digital economy.
