For example, in the Rider Apartment near the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, Meituan riders can rent a single room apartment for 700 yuan per month, while the monthly rent for similar apartments in the same area is above 1500 yuan. All Rider Apartments will be equipped with environmentally friendly decorations, household appliances, and internet access, and will be serviced by a dedicated team for cleaning, maintenance, and other services to ensure that riders can move in with ease. In the near future, the first batch of 600 riders will be able to successfully move into Rider Apartments in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, and other cities.
