According to People's Posts and Telecommunications News, on November 22, 2025, the China 5G+ Industrial Internet Conference opened in Wuhan. During the conference, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially launched the commercial trial operation of satellite Internet of Things services, enriching the satellite communication market supply, supporting the safe and healthy development of commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, and other emerging industries, and serving to build a new development pattern. The People's Government of Hubei Province signed a cooperation memorandum with China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, China Information Technology, and China Tower. The industrial and information technology authorities of Jiangxi, Hubei, and Hunan provinces signed a memorandum of cooperation on the coordinated development of the industrial Internet industry in the Yangtze River Midstream Urban Agglomeration.
