Guangdong Construction Group announced that on November 21, 2025, a consortium composed of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Construction Group and Jianke Design Institute received the "Bid Winning Notice" for the "YuejiankeZhongshan Smart Hub Project Phase II Engineering Design and Construction General Contract". The bid price is 416 million yuan. The total construction area of the project is 99,595.6 square meters, including the headquarters building, the headquarters building podium, and future apartments.
