Wisdom Financial APP News, Capco Holdings (01872.HK) announced that due to the company's failure to reach a consensus with PricewaterhouseCoopers on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the company has requested PricewaterhouseCoopers to resign as the company's auditor and PricewaterhouseCoopers has accepted to do so, effective from November 21, 2025. The Board of Directors further announced that, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has decided to appoint ZhongHuianda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (ZhongHuianda) as the company's auditor, effective from November 21, 2025. This appointment is intended to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation and will remain effective until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
