On November 21, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau's website announced the decision to issue a warning letter to Zhejiang Zheshang Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. After investigation, it was found that from January to July 2025, the company did not conduct sufficient due diligence on the proposed directors and did not strictly control personnel access, resulting in inaccuracies in the regulatory information submitted and compliance loopholes in personnel management. According to relevant regulations, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to issue a warning letter to the company as an administrative supervision measure and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
