- Wisdom Finance and Economics App News, Road King (01098) announced that on November 20, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, New Select Global Limited, was presented with a winding-up petition in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Commercial Division) of the High Court of the British Virgin Islands. The petition is related to notes with an alleged outstanding principal amount of 441,594,600 US dollars, together with accrued interest, for which New Select is one of the guarantors.
