News from the WiseFinancial APP, Yongyi International (01218) announced that compared with a net loss of approximately HK$709.5 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024, the Group's net loss for the six months ended September 30, 2025 is expected to reduce significantly to not more than HK$110 million. The expected decrease in net loss is mainly due to the decrease in provision for diminution in value of properties held for sale and diminution in value of investment properties; the decrease in loss from discontinued operations; partially offset by an increase in fair value loss on investment properties; and a decrease in gain on deemed acquisition of a joint venture company.
