The National Games has driven an increase in the clearance volume of the Hengqin Port, reaching a new record of 1.54 million people.

According to statistics from the Hengqin border checkpoint, during the 15-day period of the 2025 National Games from November 6 to November 20, a total of 1.54 million people passed through the Hengqin port, with an average of approximately 10.27 thousand people per day; and 167.2 thousand vehicles passed through, with an average of 11.1 thousand vehicles per day. Among them, November 15 saw a peak in single-day traffic, with 122.5 thousand people passing through, showing a significant boost in traffic due to the National Games.
