Dinghan Technology announced that the company had deliberated on and approved a proposal to provide guarantees to external parties not exceeding 1.2 billion yuan in 2025. Recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dinghan Qihui, applied for a comprehensive credit limit of 45 million yuan from the Shenyang Shenhe Branch of China Construction Bank, and the company provided guarantees for it, with the signing date being November 20, 2025. Prior to this guarantee, the company provided a guarantee amount of 50 million yuan, and after the guarantee, it was 95 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the actual amount of external guarantees provided by the company was 363 million yuan, accounting for 27.44% of the recent audited net assets attributable to the parent company.
